Flexibility plus!

Should you wish, you can retain your existing provider(s) to deliver your line rental and/or internet services. These services will be unaffected by joining this programme. In the unlikely event of a (pricing) change in any of your prevailing services as a result of you transferring your services to Deltacom, you'll receive a full, compensatory credit of equivalent value on your Deltacom account each month.

If required, Deltacom can also establish a matching or more favourable version of your current (fixed price) monthly call plan(s) e.g. Telecom’s “Freedom” or “Talk It Up Down Under” plans. Click here to review our range of fixed price call plans.

Broadband is all about quality, reliability and value. We offer maximum speed broadband as standard. All you need to do is decide how much data you need. Our broadband plans let you customise your data use to create you own perfect package.

Ideal if you have multiple users regularly browsing the internet, buying music and watching video clips, sharing photos, and sending emails with large attachments.

Heavy (30GB) $34.95

For people who regularly upload, download or play online games. Ideal if you spend lots of time on the internet, watching video clips, playing online games and buying music.

  8. Maximum speed relates to ADSL/ADSL2+ services delivered as fast as your connection allows.
  9. Should you exceed your allocated data pack allowance within the month, we’ll automatically add 1 GB packs to your account to ensure seamless internet browsing.
  10. You can view your monthly data usage at any time simply by logging on to www.deltacom.co.nz and entering your account name and password.
  11. Free email antivirus and spam filtering.
  12. Broadband optional extras: Static IP address - $5.00 (per month), Router (if required) - $89.95 one off charge or $7.95 per month for 12 months.

Price Matching or Savings Guarantee

Our price matching or savings guarantee

For your additional comfort we will match or better any published pricing and/or call plans (as provided by your former toll, line rental or internet provider).

On receipt of your first Deltacom account, we suggest you quickly satisfy yourself with our pricing compared with that offered to you by your former supplier.  In the unlikely event our rates aren’t competitive, or in the event of a pricing change to any of your fixed line services (not delivered to you by Deltacom), simply fax us a copy of your former account to 0800 170 500 within 60 days of signing up. We will immediately calculate and provide you with a back dated credit (or recurring monthly credit moving forward) to reimburse you for any cost differential.

We will promptly notify you if we are unable to match or better your former rates or pricing plans moving forward.

$10 Home to Mobile

Introducing our $10 Home to Mobile Plan. If you’ve got family living away from home, or someone who frequently calls home from a mobile or payphone, then our $10 Home to Mobile Plan could be the answer.

How it Works

  1. We allocate you a special “free calling” Home 0800 number. This number is linked to your residential landline number.
  2. You nominate the Telecom mobile(s) you call most.
  3. You’re charged only $10 per nominated mobile per month on your home phone bill. You can call that mobile as many times as you like.
  4. That mobile can call your Home 0800 number back for free!*
  5. Your Home 0800 number also gives your family the flexibility to call you from any other landline or mobile within New Zealand. Calls to your Home 0800 number from any other landline or mobile are charged to you at the same (outbound) national and land to cellular call rates applying to your account.

 

Notes

* - Calls to and from your nominated mobile(s) can be up to 30 minutes in duration each time. Should any calls exceed 30 minutes in duration, excess minutes are charged to your home phone account at your standard home to mobile per minute rate.

  • Nominated mobiles must be Telecom mobile phones.
  • You must have all of your direct dial calling with Deltacom to be eligible for our $10 Home to Mobile Calling Plan. Should you subsequently choose to cancel this plan with us (or change your direct dial service provider) you acknowledge that:
  1. You are responsible for notifying both Deltacom and the user(s) of your nominated Telecom mobile(s) that you’ve cancelled this plan with us; and
  2. From the date of plan cancellation or change in your direct dial service provider (whichever occurs first) the way in which we bill your Home 0800 calls will change. Any subsequent inbound Home 0800 calls will be charged to your Home 0800 number at the prevailing (per minute) outbound national or land to cellular call rates applying to your Deltacom account with us.
  • You will be billed one month in advance, with the first month billed on a part-month basis.
  • You can not change your nominated mobile numbers within the first 30 days of signing up to our $10 Home Phone to Mobile Plan.
  • You can make one change to each nominated number per billing month free, however you will be charged $5 for each additional change made in the billing cycle.
  • Reasonable Use Policy applies.
